All return items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make a special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact. We are NOT responsible for the postage cost that you incur to send the items back to us. If you require an exchange, please send the item back along with £3 (UK only) to cover the return postage cost - item must be unworn with all tags and labels still attached and in original packaging. We advise that you send the item back via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post when returning them.

We are a UK based in Manchester Company and all items are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We normally process orders on the day after the payment has cleared into our account. We dispatch our products by 2nd Class Royal Mail or by Courier depending on the weight and size of the order. The method of dispatch is at our discretion.
